MNEMOSINE human digital heritage

Mnemosine recently proposed a thematic debate at the Asia Competitiviness Forum to be held in New Dehli, Apr. 28. The proposal is raising interest and enthousiasm into this conference. As a next step, the conference board asked to build a panel of around 4 – 5 speakers around this topic to give some consistency to this thematic session.  Would you be involved in the topic of Digital Rights, and willing to participate as a speaker, please feel free to send a short summary for a proposal.
